Thankfully my cover was damaged so I am returning it. However, I would have returned it anyway. Where in the healthy mediteranean's diet is "low calorie sweetner" and "liquid eqq whites"? This is just a low calorie diet with fish, fruit, veggies and the like which you should eat anyway. It's mostly recipes which is why I was interested.
