I love Italian food. I love Italy. This book combines both of these subjects, offering authentic Italian recipes with gorgeous pictures of Italian scenery. It is generously thick and detailed. Plenty of food pictures as well. I especially appreciate that this book includes recipes from every region of Italy. Too often, I find that Italian cookbooks limit themselves to a particular region and I am left disappointed.
